Larimer County Human Resources supports over thirty departments within County government from the Sheriff’s Office, to the Department of Health, to Natural Resources. We provide Human Resources professionals the opportunity to experience a diverse employee population, creating an atmosphere of innovation, customer orientation and collaboration.
The Benefits Team Lead coordinates and leads functions of the County’s various employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts (FSAs), life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plans, leave programs, wellness program, and other voluntary benefits. Assists in a variety of support services including gathering and evaluating statistical information, acting as a primary point of contact and liaison for employees within the department and our external vendors and coordinating special events and activities. Reports directly to the Benefits Manager.
