Larimer County Community Corrections is looking for a Treatment Services Supervisor to join our dynamic treatment team. The Treatment Services Supervisor will be tasked with direct and indirect supervision of Team Leads, clinicians, case managers, professional staff and offenders. In addition to providing clinical supervision and training for staff, the Treatment Services Supervisor will provide therapeutic counseling and treatment services to offenders and assist in planning, organizing, and implementing treatment programming within the Community Corrections Department.

Starting pay for the minimum requirements is $31.44/hour. Pay may be higher for additional education or certification beyond the minimum requirements.
The successful candidate for this position must be available to work weekends, evenings, and/or holidays to meet program needs.
Will require being on-call for the department.
An offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen. As marijuana is an illegal substance under federal law, testing positive for marijuana (medical or otherwise) or any other substance for which the county tests, will result in the contingent offer of employment being revoked. A successful completion of the drug screen is defined as obtaining a negative result.
