The Benefits and Community Support Division Manager serves as the strategic leader for all public assistance programs such as Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, Medicaid, Food Assistance, Child Care, and Child Support. The position exhibits strategic leadership and emphasizes collaboration to draw together resources throughout the County, State and other counties Colorado to consistently present a cohesive, coordinated, and positive image for Larimer County Human Services.
The individual in this position must possess the confidence and experience to be a trusted counselor to the Director and Deputy Director and play a strategic role in planning, organizing, directing, managing staff and other resources in the delivery of public assistance programs.

This is an appointed position with a hiring range of $84,933 – $106,166.00. The hiring rate will depend on the qualifications of the applicant selected.
