Information about Conservation Corps:
Larimer County Conservation Corps (LCCC) promotes individual development through service for the benefit of our environment and community. LCCC operates seasonal programs for youth aged 16-25 in the following focus areas: Land/Rocky Mountain National Park Land Program, Sawyer Program, and the Water & Energy Program. The projects in each of these programs vary, though they all include hands on conservation work such as chainsaw use, trail construction, restoration, and Home Efficiency Assessment assistance.
An offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen. As marijuana is an illegal substance under federal law, testing positive for marijuana (medical or otherwise) or any other substance for which the county tests, will result in the contingent offer of employment being revoked. A successful completion of the drug screen is defined as obtaining a negative result.
All application components must be submitted by 11:59 PM MT on the closing date listed.
