A Human Resources Technician is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations, for programs such as recruitment, performance management, learning and development, compensation and other programs supporting human resources service delivery.
The Larimer County Sheriff's Office Personnel Team is seeking an administratively savvy individual with a natural ability to organize and problem-solve for our customers (employees and candidates). Your work would focus largely on in-depth administrative recruiting functions but also handle day-to-day tasks such as data entry, scanning, emailing, coordinating, assisting with trainings and coordinating and participating in New-Hire Orientation. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thinks outside-of-the-box, and is willing to work with a team to build positive relationships within the Sheriff's Office and other County Departments.

An offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen. As marijuana is an illegal substance under federal law, testing positive for marijuana (medical or otherwise) or any other substance for which the county tests, will result in the contingent offer of employment being revoked.
